Meet John Andrew Goodridge

John Andrew Goodridge has been serving individuals and families throughout the Evansville tri-state area for more than 25 years. Known for his straightforward approach and strong courtroom presence, John brings deep knowledge of both state and federal law, with a particular focus on criminal defense, family law, and estate planning. His federal criminal practice is concentrated on Federal Drug Conspiracy cases, where he brings significant experience and dedication to defending his clients’ rights.
Born and raised in Mount Vernon, Indiana, John graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1989 before earning his degree in political science and English literature from Wabash College in 1993, graduating with honors. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso School of Law in 1996 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar that same year.
John is licensed to practice in:
- The Indiana Supreme Court
- U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana
- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
- The United States Supreme Court
Today, he lives in Evansville with his wife, Kathie, who serves as the firm’s office manager. Together, they are dedicated to offering clients clear communication, responsive service, and legal strategies designed to protect what matters most.
